Delivery / Shipping Policy
- We offer shipping locally (within United Arab Emirates) using our forwarder (driver, or courier)
- We offer DHL shipping for all orders made in Migraff.com Online Store, in GCC countries.
- Online payments are currently available only locally and in GCC countries.
- For other countries, after order request is submitted, payment method, and delivery will be discussed with purchaser. Hence, the purchaser is requested to provide accurate contact information.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Saturday-Thursday, excluding UAE National holidays).
- For in-stock items, depending on the shipping charges shown in the website, the order should be processed and shipped within 1 – 2 working days after order verification and credit approval.
- If “Free shipping” is noted on any product, the purchaser will not pay anything for shipping the product.
- The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer locally (within United Arab Emirates) is 1-3 working days
- The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer in GCC countries is 2-7 working days, unless there occurs an obstacle at the destination country customs. Make sure to read our Terms and Conditions regarding this point.
- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- All shipments are processed in our UAE facility.
